1. It is a good idea before starting to remove any connecting fitting that may make it difficult to get grip started.
2. Although it is possible to install it dry, the inside of the Handall and the tool handle should be wetted with an evaporating lubricant. "Windex" or another ammonia - based glass cleaner works exallant. This will allow easy instillation and in a short time will dissipate leaving the grip tight to the tool.
3. Note the "arrow up" marking inside the grip and slide the grip over the bottom of the tool handle. Start at the corner and firmly twist and push the grip over the leading edge. Keep twisting and pushing until the Handall is to desired height. The Handall is designed to fit tight and much force may be required to complete this step. The Handall will stretch very far if it is stretched evenly. The rubber is very durable and tear resistant although care must be exercised not to gouge, cut, or pull excessively on the edge of the sleeve as a tear may develop.
4. Make any final adjustments, replace any fitting you may have removed.
