Please Note:
'77/22' magazines don’t fit TriMag! There is quite a bit of misinformation on the internet about a Ruger design change to BX-1 magazines: if it has a flat bottom and a slight taper, it is a 77/22 magazine! Although the 77/22 magazine will work in your 10/22, it sits recessed from the standard stock when inserted into the rifle.
BX-1 magazines will rock side to side on a flat table; they have a slightly rounded bottom and when inserted, they perfectly fit the shape of your rifle with factory stock. This is the easiest way to check for the correct magazine.
